Meeting Name: Prepared Childbirth Class

Description: Prepared Childbirth, with emphasis on the LaMaze technique, is taught throughout the year. Each session provides extensive information regarding:

• Exercise and Breathing Techniques
• Labor / Delivery
• Anethesia & Analgesia
• C-Section
• Early Postpartum
• Newborn Care
• Newborn Feeding

Tours of the Family Birth Center are also incoporated in each session. Participants should pre-register early, but attend classes during the last 6-8 weeks of pregnancy. Enrollment is limited. Please call 723-3950 to register.

Location:
Health Center - 3rd Street, 420 3rd Street SE
Enter the building from the 5th Avenue side, near the gravel parking lot.

Time:
• Friday - 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Cost: Free to parents delivering their baby at the Trinity Hospital Family Birth Center.
